About This Shop

This shop is run by an independent artist (literally one woman). Orders are fulfilled either by a professional third-party fulfillment company or shipped directly by me. The information below explains exactly how shipping, returns, and replacements work.

Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

Products are fulfilled in one of the following ways:

  • Third-Party Fulfillment Company:
    Some items are produced and shipped directly by a trusted third-party fulfillment partner.

  • Artist-Fulfilled Orders:
    Items not produced by a third-party partner are packaged and shipped directly by me.

The fulfillment method depends on the product and is handled automatically.

Shipping Destinations

  • Canada & United States:
    All products ship to Canada and the United States.

  • International Shipping:
    Some products fulfilled by the third-party fulfillment company may be available for international shipping.
    Artist-fulfilled items currently ship only to Canada and the United States.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship using one of the following carriers:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • DHL

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Processing Times

  • Third-Party Fulfilled Products:
    Processing times vary based on production requirements.

  • Artist-Fulfilled Products:
    Orders are typically processed within a few business days. As each order is prepared by hand, processing times may vary but I will provide updates when possible.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Tracking information is provided once an order ships, when available.

  • If you place an order through the Shop App, more accurate updates are provided.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.


Store Credit or Replacement

If a return is approved, the resolution will be store credit or a replacement item, determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Store credit has no cash value

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me promptly.

To assist you, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Each request is reviewed individually. When appropriate, a replacement item or store credit will be issued.

Returns Authorization

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
